Volvo S60 Visualization Workflow

Below is a sample of a vehicle animation, rendered in Autodesk VRED.  I’ve been using VRED since 2016, and during my time at Volvo I pioneered how the tool was used for Design tasks. In addition to prepping hundreds of cars for visualization work, I also created training tutorials to educate our design team on how to use the tools in their own workflow. This allowed me to focus on larger and more creative visualization tasks. This workflow video showcases the typical journey that Alias WIRE data would go on when importing to VRED. The final scene is the car shown in VR, something we did with most design project starting in 2019, and proved very helpful during the Work From Home years of 2020-2022.
